Registration is now open for the Pavement Life-Cycle Assessment Symposium 2017, set for April 12 and 13 at the iHotel and Conference Center in Champaign, Illinois. Click here to register.
Hosted by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and sponsored by the Illinois Department of Transportation, this event focuses on the implementation of life-cycle assessment (LCA) for pavements in North America and around the world. The objective of the symposium is to review the current status of LCA implementation for project- and network-level applications, identify the extent of consensus, and discuss future developments for pavement LCA implementation.
Pavement LCA 2017 will feature an exciting agenda with many informative sessions. Presentations will be offered through a high-level program including plenary sessions and open-panel discussions that summarize current status, challenges, and pressing issues related to pavement LCA.
The symposium will be preceded by the FWHA Sustainable Pavement Task Group meeting, which is open to all symposium attendees, on Tuesday, April 11. More information is available on the symposium website.
