Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly. Be sure to indicate your stay is in conjunction with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Subcommittee on Construction (AASHTO) National Convention to receive the discounted room rate, which is guaranteed through July 9, 2009. Reservations made after that date will be on a space available basis.

Walk to dozens of historic Chicago attractions and countless restaurants from the Doubletree hotel, situated just two blocks east of one of the world's greatest streets; North Michigan Avenue.

PARKING

Parking will be the responsibility of the conference attendee. To aid in making your parking decision easier, we offer the following information:

DoubleTree Parking Garage: The DoubleTree parking garage is accessed from Ohio Street. The hotel parking lot will be on a space available basis and may be charged to your hotel room if desired. The cost of parking for overnight guests is $41.00 per 24 hour day with unlimited in/out privileges. There is also a daily rate of $26.00 for 2 to 9 hours of parking.

Erie-Ontario Self-Park Garage: The Erie-Ontario Self-Park Garage is located on the north side of Ontario Street between McClurg Court and Fairbanks Court, just north of the DoubleTree. This parking facility will provide a rate of $34.00 per 24 hour day or an early bird special of $14.00 between the hours of 5:00 am and 7:30 pm. These rates have no in/out privileges.
