An "information/data" survey was conducted and Best Demonstrated Available Technology (BDAT) / State of Practice summarized. Several selected CI&FDRwAP projects were documented and evaluated. A summary report was prepared and recommendations suggested for IDOT implementation.

Conduct "information/data" survey and summarize Best Demonstrated Available Technology (BDAT) / State of Practice; document/evaluate selected CI&FDRwAP projects, prepare summary report and present recommendations for IDOT implementation.

* Prepare a summary of BDAT and Best Pracrices for CIRwAP.
* Submit suggested recommendations for IDOT implementation of
CIRwAP technology.
