Report Guidelines and Documents


ICT has an in-house editor who is available to edit all ICT-related reports. Please send the report to Lori Carpenter to coordinate an editoral review before sending the report to the TRP chair. Please allow ICT 3 weeks to review the report. After the editor's review, ICT will return the report to the PI or send on to the TRP chair, as requested by the PI.

The report should be submitted in Microsoft Word and in ICT format (please follow the ICT Report Formatting Guidelines detailed in the document above).

After the TRP chair approves the report, please re-send to ICT for a final formatting check and for posting and distribution.
