ATREL Welcomes Several Visitors

ATREL has recently hosted several visitors. The staff of ATREL and ICT were proud to welcome the following people and groups:

- Bjorn Birgisson, Professor and Head of the Div. of Highway and Railway Engineering at the School of Architecture and the Built Environment in Stockholm along with members of the Swedish Road Administration (Thomas Winnerholt and Klas Hermelin) and the Swedish Road Transport Research Institute (Robert Karlsson and Sigurdur Erlingsson) on December 4, 2008.
- Federal Aviation Administration: Barry Scott, FAA Director of Research and Technology Development; Al Larkin; David Brill, FAA COE Program Manager; Ryan King, FAA Wildlife Safety Program Manager) on February 19, 2009.
- Personnel from Tyndall Air Force Base, Dr. Mike Hammons and Craig Mellerski, on February 25, 2009.
- O'Hare Modernization Program (Hank Kurzynski, James Chilton, and Joe Gabbert; This contingent also included Michael Hanlon of JacobsenDaniels, Ross Anderson of BPC Airport Partners, and Johnny Jackson of CH2M Hill) on February 26.
