Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Posted December 19, 2008

The Illinois Center for Transportation (ICT) is soliciting competitive proposals for three new research projects approved by the ICT Executive Committee in October 2008. The three Requests for Proposal (RFPs) are:

ICT #08-08: Development of a Highway Incident Management Operational and Training Guide;

ICT #08-09: The Effectiveness of Innovative Speed Enforcement Techniques in Illinois; and

ICT #08-10: Midwest Transportation Air Quality Summit.

The deadline for submitting proposals is January 20, 2009. All proposals should be submitted to DaveKing@illinois.edu.

In reviewing and evaluating the proposals received from these RFPs, preference will be given to Illinois universities (both public and private) over others.
