RESEARCH IDEAS DUE JANUARY 31, 2009

The ICT Executive Committee will meet this spring and consider funding new research ideas/ projects.

IDOT/ ICT Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs) have identified specific transportation research needs/ ideas in the following focus areas:
1. Bridges / Structures;
2. Pavement Design and Management / Materials;
3. Environment; and
4. Solar Energy.

If you would like to propose a new ICT research project for consideration this spring (on a TAG-suggested topic or another topic of your choice), please submit your proposed idea no later than January 31, 2009, to Patty Broers (IDOT) using the Proposed Research Idea form that you can find on our ICT website. The link to this form is http://www.ict.uiuc.edu/research/research_forms.html.

If you previously submitted a research idea that was not approved by the Executive Committee, it will not be reconsidered unless it is re-submitted by January 31, 2009.
