Travel Information

Illinois Center for Transportation is located 15 miles north of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus on the former Chanute Air Force Base in Rantoul, Illinois.

The address is 1611 Titan Drive, Rantoul IL 61866.

  • Take exit 250, US-136, and turn toward Rantoul.
  • At first stoplight, turn right onto Murray Road.
  • Continue on Murray Road until you reach the first stop sign (County Road 2800/Chandler Drive); turn left.
  • Continue on County Road 2800/Chandler Drive, crossing Route 45/West Liberty Drive.
  • Follow the road until you reach Titan Drive
  • Turn right onto Titan Drive.
  • Go about half a mile; ICT will be on your left.

  • Take exit 184, Cunningham Avenue/US-45, and turn toward Rantoul.
  • Drive approximately 12 miles until you reach County Road 2800/Chandler Road (first Rantoul stoplight); turn right.
  • Follow the road until you reach Titan Drive
  • Turn right onto Titan Drive. 
  • Go about half a mile; ICT will be on your left.

  • At exit 182B, merge onto I-57N
  • Take exit 250, US-136, and turn toward Rantoul.
  • At first stoplight, turn right onto Murray Road.
  • Continue on Murray Road until you reach the first stop sign (County Road 2800/Chandler Drive); turn left.
  • Continue on County Road 2800/Chandler Drive, crossing Route 45/West Liberty Drive.
  • Follow the road until you reach Titan Drive
  • Turn right onto Titan Drive. 
  • Go about half a mile; ICT will be on your left.
