Your registration includes access to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, exhibit areas, meals and refreshment breaks, and conference materials.
How do I register for the conference?
You can register online through our conference website by completing the registration form and submitting your preferred payment method on the following page. A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is processed.
How can I cancel my registration or request a refund?
Cancellation requests must be submitted through email at Bituminous@illinois.edu.
Is there a deadline to register?
Yes. Online registration closes one day before the Workshop. After that date, on-site registration will be available for an additional fee. On-site registration can be completed at the conference check-in area, located outside Heritage Hall.
