Eli Fini passed her Dissertation Defense titled, “Adhesion Mechanisms of Bituminous Crack Sealant to Aggregate and Laboratory Test Development” on April 4. Eli is a student of ICT Director Imad Al-Qadi.

Additionally, Eli received the 2008 WTS-Chicago Helene M. Overly Memorial Graduate Scholarship with an award amount of $4,000. WTS is devoted to advancing the professional development of women in the transportation industry.
