ICT and IDOT staff participated in AASHTO’s annual Research Advisory Committee (RAC) meeting in Kansas City on July 26-29, 2010. The annual meeting serves to advance technology transfer and the implementation of research and allows states to showcase their research methods and programs to a national audience.

Patty Broers of IDOT presented on the ICT’s methods of evaluation and performance review. Amy Schutzbach moderated a breakout session, “Promising Research Roundtable,” and presented on ICT’s speed photo enforcement study that was voted as one of Region 3’s top high value research studies.

ICT also exhibited at the event to further highlight its research projects.
