The 51st Annual Illinois Bituminous Paving Conference convened on December 1, 2010, at the iHotel and Conference Center in Champaign. This year’s conference had record registrations of 275 attendees. Participants gathered for the compact one-day program that included the latest technical information and review actual field reports in the area of hot-mix asphalt construction.
