ATREL hosts international experts

ATREL hosted two distinguished speakers during June: Raj Siddharthan and Andre Molenaar.
On June 15, ATREL welcomed Raj V. Siddharthan (pictured left), a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Nevada since 1984. Dr. Siddharthan spoke to ATREL students about “Applications of a Dynamic Response Model for Layered Systems.”
On June 28, Andre Molenaar, Professor of Highway Engineering from Delft University of Technology, visted ATREL to speak about “Durable and Sustainable Road Constructions,” where he discussed options to reduce pollution and energy needs (pictured below).
