Behzad Behnia wins AAPT scholarship

ICT congratulates Behzad Behnia as one of two winners of the 2011 AAPT Scholarship awarded by the Association of Asphalt Paving Technologists. This scholarship has been made possible because of the generous donations by many of the members of AAPT.

Behzad is an ICT student researcher and a PhD candidate at UIUC advised by Bill Buttlar.
