The 60th annual Bituminous Paving Conference registration is now open!
Illinois Department of Transportation and industry leaders are putting their heads together to host a Bituminous workshop showcasing how asphalt segregation at the plant, field and lab can be identified and minimized with proper mix design, equipment, material handling and placement practices.
Panelists will provide valuable insights and real-world application of paving hot mix asphalt. The workshop will take place the day before the full-day conference on the afternoon of Dec. 11.
Year after year, Bituminous gathers engineering professionals to share the latest technical transportation information and review field reports. The conference is designed for professionals actively involved in asphalt construction, including highway engineers, government officials, contractors, consultants, university researchers and representatives of firms supplying goods and services to the industry.
This year’s conference will be held at the I Hotel in Champaign, Illinois from Dec. 11-12.
