ICT, UIUC transportation group presents research at 94th annual TRB meeting

A number of ICT-affiliated researchers gave presentations at the Transportation Research Board’s most recent annual meeting, which was held January 11–15 in Washington, D.C. The researchers presented cutting-edge research on a wide range of topics.

Approximately 12,000 transportation researchers, academics, engineers, and students from around the world attended the conference, which covered all transportation modes. More than 5,000 presentations and workshops addressed this year’s theme, “Corridors to the Future: Transportation and Technology.”

On Tuesday evening of the meeting, ICT and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign transportation faculty and students mingled with alumni and friends at a reception hosted by ICT.  More than 600 guests attended the reception, which was a record-breaking number of attendees.
