ICT involved in upcoming conferences

ICT Director Imad Al-Qadi is co-chair of the Airfield and Highway Pavement Conference, which will be held in Los Angeles, California, on June 9-12, 2013. The conference is hosted by the Transportation and Development Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers. The theme for this year’s conference is sustainable pavements. ICT researchers Erol Tutumluer and Imad Al-Qadi are on the Advisory Committee for the Ninth International Conference on Bearing Capacity of Roads, Railways and Airfields, which will be held in Trondheim, Norway, on June 25-27, 2013. The conference is organized by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, AVINOR, and the Norwegian Rail Administration.
