ICT welcomes Morris de Beer

On September 16, ATREL welcomed Dr. Morris de Beer (pictured left), aprincipal researcher at The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in South Africa and international expert in road pavement engineering. Dr. de Beer spoke to ATREL faculty and students about “Stress-In-Motion (SIM) Tire Technology and Pavement Design.”
