DOC training and Erosion classes continue

Registration is now open for the 2018 – 2019 season of Documentation of Contract Quantities. The three-day class and retests, which are administered by ICT, provide students with the ability to document contract quantities in compliance with state and federal standards. 

Classes and retests start later this month and wrap up in early May. Instruction will be held in Schaumburg, Ottawa, Chicago, Dixon, Rantoul, Springfield, Collinsville, and Peoria.

The 2018 season of the Erosion and Sediment Control Workshops wrapped up last month. More than 300 students participated in Module I: Fundamentals of Storm Water Pollution and Erosion and Sediment Control; Module II: Erosion and Sediment Control Planning and Design; and/or Module III: Inspection of Erosion and Sediment Control Best Management Practices (BMPS).
