New staff: Noelle Arbulu

Outreach specialist Noelle Arbulu recently joined Illinois Center for Transportation’s Communication Team. Noelle will be expanding ICT’s outreach program by carrying out the Center’s vision and executing a long-term plan for training and know-how transfer.

She will represent ICT at events geared toward further growing ICT’s outreach efforts. Noelle will assist in the design, layout, and distribution of ICT published materials. She will also assist in the development and implementation of training initiatives and technical conferences. Noelle previously served as a program coordinator for Project ECHO, where she coordinated trainings for healthcare providers. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Science in public administration from Florida State University.
