Illinois Department of Transportation’s Operations and Maintenance Technical Advisory Group identified the following research need for the upcoming research cycle:
The contact and TAG chair is Kyle Armstrong, who serves Illinois Department of Transportation’s Office of Highway Project Implementation in the Bureau of Operations.
Submit a Proposed Research Idea Statement to address the research need(s). While proposals aligned with the TAG’s specified research needs are more likely to be funded, additional research ideas are also welcome for review.
Research ideas are prioritized based on the availability of funding, the TAG’s current needs and submittal quality.
